Small Group Fitness 101 for Teens


I successfully completed my 5 day course at the Gordon Head Rec Centre called, Small Group Fitness 101 for Teens.

Day 4 was full day instruction on Nutrition.  I have included the papers here. The topics were Nutrition, Energy Balance and Healthy Living and Active Lifestyle.  

 
 


I earned my Fitness Card!

  2. I learned that the "energy in" is the food and drinks I eat and the "energy out" is the activities/exercise that I do. This is important for me because I need to find the way to make these work. This will help me maintain my weight and live healthy and active.
