I successfully completed my 5 day course at the Gordon Head Rec Centre called, Small Group Fitness 101 for Teens.
Day 4 was full day instruction on Nutrition. I have included the papers here. The topics were Nutrition, Energy Balance and Healthy Living and Active Lifestyle.

Vaughn, what is one thing that you learned from this class that you think is important for you to remember?
ReplyDeleteI learned that the "energy in" is the food and drinks I eat and the "energy out" is the activities/exercise that I do. This is important for me because I need to find the way to make these work. This will help me maintain my weight and live healthy and active.
