Food Safe Level 1

I am enrolled in an Adapted Food Safe Level 1 course through The Vital Program.  It will be in October.  I will study this book from my cousin before I take the course.

  2. I don't think I will work in the food industry but I want to know that my food is good and not contaminated. Probably I will need the most help with temperatures.
