I am enrolled in an Adapted Food Safe Level 1 course through The Vital Program. It will be in October. I will study this book from my cousin before I take the course.

Grocery Shopping and Burritos!
An important part of food prep is washing your hands.
This is the first time I have used the stove. I was frying ground beef for the burritos.
Beef and cheese burritos. I served them to my grandma and grandpa. They liked them.
The great thing about burritos is that they cover all 4 groups of the Canada Food Guide.
Meat = beef
Vegetables = salsa, tomatoe
Grains = tortilla
Milk = cheese
